I joined an English course before this in a well – known English centre. However, I did not enjoy it. My classmates were school students.
Then, I discovered Brican from Google. Before this I could not speak English. My pronunciation was also poor so people would keep asking me to repeat what I said. It was so embarrassing. In seminars and conferences, I would not join anyone but would rather take my tea and biscuit and go away. When it comes to writing, I don’t know where to start.
But now, I speak English with everyone including top management. I would also automatically and uncontrollably respond to questions in meetings using English language even if the questions were in Malay. I use props and costumes now whenever I do presentations and these methods helped me a lot. I can also present about ANY topic without any problems.
When it comes to writing, I use BSS. With this method, I can write smoothly and lengthily, page after page, that Yasmin dubbed me as a “writer”. Amazing! I believe it is never too late to improve one’s English!
