Please take note that once registration and/or deposit has been made, the client is not eligible for any refund.
In the event of a payment error, such as payment for more participants than intended and/or payment of an incorrect fee amount, the client will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid in excess.
Any request relating to a payment error must be supported by proof of payment and submitted to Brican within 7 days from the date of payment.
Approved refund will be subject to deduction of the payment gateway processing fee and any related bank or transaction charges, where applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days through a method determined by Brican.
No refund will be given in the event of non-attendance, partial attendance, withdrawal, personal scheduling conflict, change of mind, or failure to participate in the programme.
Brican reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, change the trainer, change the delivery mode, or make reasonable adjustments to the programme where necessary. In such cases, Brican may offer a replacement date, transfer, or other suitable arrangement, and no refund shall be required unless otherwise decided by Brican.
By making payment and/or registering with Brican, the client is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.
