Before this I am scared to speak in English. If people talk to me, I will just nod. If people ask me for my feedback, I will just say, “Nothing.”, even if I had ideas. I also avoid any training that uses English medium.
Now, I am confident. I can respond easily and share my ideas in English. I no longer avoid trainings that uses English medium.
