Your subscription starts on the 1st of the month after you register.
It lasts for six months and ends on the last day of the sixth month.
Example: Register on 14th January 2025 → Subscription starts on 1st February 2025 and ends on 31st July 2025.
Expiry of Access:
Once your subscription ends, access to the programme (UYE lessons and Fluency Activity classes) is revoked.
To regain access, you must renew your subscription.
No Replacements for Absences:
Missed classes will not be replaced.
Class Materials:
Always bring your class materials and follow the rules for the best results.
Practical Programme:
This is a hands-on programme, not lecture-based.
Your results depend on your effort, including completing lessons, attending classes, and following the methods.
Brican is not responsible for your results if you don’t fully commit. Please manage your expectations accordingly.
Payment Conditions:
You must settle the full fee before the class starts to access the programme.
Initial payment expires three months after the date of payment. Pay the balance before this expiry date.
Completion Certificate:
To get a certificate, you must:
Complete the UYE programme AND;
Attend at least 80% of Fluency Activity Classes.
Refunds:
Refunds are limited to specific situations. Visit: brican.com.my/refund for details.
Changes:
Programme terms may change.
Acceptance of Terms:
Your payment or registration confirms your agreement with these terms.
Confident English Course (CEC) T&C
Your access to CEC programme ends when your registration period ends. To continue accessing to our programme after the registration period ends, you must make a new registration.
All class bookings that have been approved are final. Last minute cancellations shall not be entertained.
Failure to book class session which results in absence and/or absence shall not be eligible for replacements.
To ensure the smooth transaction of the programme, Brican reserves the right to revoke a student’s registration without obligation for justification.
Results may vary based on individual’s efforts and commitment to the programme. Student shall not hold Brican accountable if unsatisfied with his/her results.
Your payment and/or registration with Brican signifies your understanding and acceptance of Brican’s terms and conditions.
